Need a Spare Spool to go with your DRIFT Fly Reel?
Fully machined from 6061 aluminum bar stock heat treated to a T6 condition, which significantly increases strength, the spool is ported and balanced for fast line drying and smooth vibration free operation.
The Drift utilizes the proven technology of our Razorback reel. The use of our cone drive gives the Drift an incredibly strong and stable feel. It eliminates the effects of torque and shock by providing additional surface contact and by locking the spool into place on a conical cylinder.
Our drag system uses multiple carbon discs to apply smooth stopping power. It is fully sealed and can be used in saltwater. We even seal our reverse direction bearing. This gives us one of the most robust and watertight drags on the market today.
